Opened in February 2001,the Bacalar hotel,
Amigo's B&B , is located on the shores of the Laguna Bacalar, "Lake of
Seven Colors". Amigo's B&B offers it's guests a hotel with a breakfast option
experience assuring total relaxation with comfort. Bacalar, one of the new Pueblo Magicos of Mexico, is located in
the south of the state of Quintana Roo about half hour north of the BELIZE
border.
At the Bacalar hotel, Amigo's B&B , has five guest rooms which include:
- A/C, ceiling fans
- Private bathrooms with hot water
- Palapa covered terrace overlooking the spectacular lake
- Choice of SINGLE or KING bedding options
- Purified drinking water
- Remote control color TV *** Sky TV available too!!
- Wi Fi high speed signal
The veranda overlooking the lake is where the daily breakfast is served should you choose that option while staying at the Bacalar hotel, Amigo's . Breakfast includes:
- Freshly brewed Mexican coffee
- Assortment of Herbal and Black Teas
- Hot and Cold Cereals
- Yogurt
- Bread with Jams and Butter
- Locally grown Fresh Fruit
For your enjoyment, Amigo's B&B, your Bacalar hotel, has kayaks for rent to explore the interesting Laguna Bacalar.
In the living area you will find books, magazines, and a "Bacalar Information" book. Now we also have a "computer" station with access to high speed internet where you can check your email or bring your laptop as we have Wi Fi!!
